Get ready to meet the new Service Desk Self-Service Portal!
From Wednesday, Feb 23rd, Service Now has replaced Fresh Service as our new Service Desk ticketing Tool.
All new tickets and requests should be submitted in ServiceNow. Please do not created any new tickets here.
Alongside this exciting new portal, you can still submit requests via phone or email at [email protected]..
